White Mesh Fabric.

An alteration that I worked on which required me to create a new set of off-shoulders. Drafted and sewed a new pair of pleated off-shoulders, as the ones we had initially did not match the overall aesthetic of the gown.
​
I chose a lightweight white mesh fabric as I felt that it would soften the overall look of the gown, making it seem more princess-like. Furthermore, it would not only match the train of the gown, but would also be versatile enough to be used on other gowns as well.

Embellishments on Gold A-Line Gown.
Internship at Bridefully Yours, 2022.

An alteration that I worked on which required the straps of the gown to be embellished. I was mainly inspired by Belle's ballgown from Disney's Beauty & the Beast and decided to play with shapes and colours of the beads to bring out that aesthetic.
​
I chose to use rounded yellow and white pearl beads, so as to keep to the colour scheme and soften the overall look of the gown, making it appear more elegant.

Embellishments on Navy Blue A-Line Gown.

An alteration that I worked on which required the v-mesh of the gown to be embellished. Since the upper bodice of the gown was already heavily beaded, I felt it would look better to balance out look by making the embellishments on the v-mesh simple.
​
I chose beads similar to the ones used at the bodice, so as to keep to the colour scheme and to also ensure that the alteration blends into the gown, making it seem as if it was originally there.
Car Decor

Assisted the Studio Assistant with car decorations, such as tying of fabric sashes and florals to the front and boot of the car as well as attaching ribbons and flowers to the door handles. Whilst ensuring that the decor looks good on the vehicle and is properly secured.
